At DERYAN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
